The classroom was full of different furniture. The big tv is awesome because it has good graphics.  It has colour not black and white. Books are so we can learn how to read and they live on a white book shelf with wheels .

The playground at Oratia Primary is amazing. It is used for fun and it has a lot of playing on stuff and you can use it for games that you play and it has monkey bars ,climbing walls and others.The Oratia playground is colourful green,blue and silver it is used for playing on.

The school swimming pool is down the back by Room 15.

The swimming pool is shallow and is fun to swim it is white and blue. it is used for swimming.The school swimming pool is for learning how to survive in deep water.

coding week 9

today at coding we had to make a story about tia or a game with tia I made a game its not finished
and it was a great last week or 2nd week of the last week

student led conference reflection

At the student led conference my Dad came, he looked at my work and helped me with all the questions I got wrong. When he saw my rushed writing he saw some spelling mistakes and so he corrected me. Then he saw my goals and said that they were  good goals for me. He said that my goals were great then he and I felt proud and so did  my dad.Then on the way home I felt good with myself for showing my dad my work.

coding week 8

At coding this week we learnt how to innovate our story and then the broadcast block

At coding this week we had to entertain our audience and to use the when I receive block  and we tried to make a story that entertains our aduince

Camp Green Lake

      Camp Green lake 

As Stanley Yelnats the 4th was walking down the road under a bridge he came out from underneath the bridge a pair of sweet feet shoes fell out of the sky and hit Stanley in the back and he smelt them and man did they stink. as he was walking down onto the walk home with the sweet feet shoes in his right hand then as he was just about to turn he heard the sirens. he ran but he only made a meter then he was sent home and the sweet feet were sent back to the homeless shelter. 2 hours later he was in a courtroom and he had 2 choices go to camp green lake or be sent to jail.

 Stanley Yelnats the fourth spoke and said well i've never been to camp before then the judge slammed the hammer on the table and spoke camp green lake 18 months boy 5 hours later he was waiting for the bus to stop.

 He looked outside he was hot as the sun he was in the middle of the desert and then soon he meet the warden and then the warden said you thirsty better get used to it you're going to thirsty for the next 18 months. he got changed into his suit a orange long sleeve and jeans suit one for work and one for relaxation as the other camp kids showed him around the warden said you don't want bitten by a yellow spotted lizard boy it is a slow and painful death scorpions to but rattlesnakes you won't die from rattlesnakes. they won't bother you if you don't bother Theodore please show Stanley.

As he enter his room theodore said that barf bag slept there Stanley was disgusted when he saw urine marks on barf bags bed and then they all gave Stanley a nickname and it was called caveman. every day he would eat disgusting stuff apart from bread  then he would have to go dig holes for the day and he would get apples, oranges and biscuits for lunch  and then the warden would come and fill up then water bottles and then he meet zero in his room at lunch. he told everyone at the table why he was here and then when zero talked every froze and then Theodore said yo what else can you do zero.

Zero froze and started eating again then when they were digging holes zero finished in a flash and it took him about 10 minutes to dig 5 feet tall and wide it took Stanley 5 hours to finish up so he had to walk by himself and then while he was walking back to his cabin Mr sir said don't move with a pistol and then shot a bullet it didn't hit Stanley but it almost hit a yellow spotted lizard. then when Stanley turned around he saw eye to eye a yellow spotted lizard. it chased after him luckily Mr sir shot its head off then he saw another one and tried to shoot it Stanley grabbed his stuff and ran to his tent and then they all heard a gunshot and all went to bed then at free time Stanley was writing to his mum and then when he finished a boy came and stole the letter and put it in the bin then Stanley put it in the letter box and then he kissed it 1 day later he had got a letter back from his mum.

 that night he wished thought  that the family curse put him here one day zero ran away and the next day Stanley went to find him. Stanley went and found him in a couple hours he was under a boat that said Mary Lou and then zero gave him some peaches which none of them knew so he called it squash and then they sore a thumb and started looking at it then they started to climb at the top they found water and onions and of course they all went home but before they did they dug for a treasure and zero said he would grab another shovel and then they started digging and they both felt bump and saw the treasure and the  they stole it and yellow spotted lizards came and then they dropped it and Stanley caught it so then they had yellow spotted lizards on there neck then it rained everyone came out and hugged Stanley and zero and then he went and put all the treasure and then they had a mansion.

 then the camp was closed and was going to be a girls camp then everyone came to Stanley's house and then zero got detectives to get his mum and then on the bus he saw his mum and then they both gave each other a big hug and then Stanley's grandpa cried with joy the end
BA BA Ba dun dun dun the happy end yeah!!!! fist pump.!!!!!!!

coding week 7

at coding this week we had to pick if i had super powers be famous or be the perfect day and i picked superhero and he is half cyborg and half boy now

and how the code worked was i used a lot of wallpapers and then i put in a lot of blocks and then a answer
block and some of the blocks got deleted because it was changing so i had delete so its not really an interesting story but after ssr and handwriting.

coding week 6

In coding this week the task was to create the a story that the audience could control

With  my coding i learned how to use the if and else block and the answer block and the if block was put down you can make your sprite make decisions.
